Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgivings may everyone have a blessed day. 
After I cook dinner for my five beautiful children and my mom, I am going to start making a Bronco's inspired hat for my friend. I will post pictures after I get started. I am also working on posting pictures of some of the hats I have made for some friends this past year.

I can't believe it has been a yr since I have done anything on here. Time has gotten away from me. I had Carolina March 16, went home for a month in April, and then Chad left for 4 months. We had to move in September and I have been in school. I have been super swamped. I have been asked by several people to make them hats So I have decided to have a go at selling them. I am going to start making 

some before I take orders. I want to make sure that I am not going to put too much more on my plate. Once I can see how many I can make I will take a few each month. Please if you know anyone that lives in Lakewood, WA or near McChord AFB/ Ft. Lewis WA, let them know I will be able to help out.

Been a long day Zara had an accident in the BX b/c we couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough and I had to buy her new clothes, then ppl in the comminsary were just rude. They didnt have any space ship carts to I had to get one with the car on the front and instead of ppl paying attenetion to me they kept running into the cart and then giving me dirty looks. about half way through the store im standing across the asile to get salt and this older man started taking to me and asking me about my day; then he reached into his pocket and gave me 5.00. he said " from an old military member to a young military family; Happy Thanksgiving". I think he could tell I was having a hard time. Chad finally got to the store; i was on my way to take Zara to the potty. It was a little easier he could help with the kids. WE did only spend 70.00 to get a few thigns we needed. on the way home Zara nad Jake passed out so I sat down at the bus stop to wait for Alex and Shelby. Went throught the pantry and then to walmart with my friend Rebecca to get a ham for Thanksgiving. Chad is cooking cheese tortellini and alfredo sauce. I just have to finish cleaning up the kitchen when he is done. Then off to bed.
     I have been working on the dog sweater and it is coming along good. about 5 rows into it. hopefully will have it finished this weekend but cooking for Thanksgiving dinner will slow me down a little.

     I am sorry that is has been a while. I'me not too good at having to sit down and blog everyday, but since I have been doing Fly Lady in cleaning and I have gotten it down I am going to add my blogging on it. We will see how it goes.
     I have finished my husband's "Purple Passion hat" but it doesn't fit. go figure. I have to take the actual hat part back apart and make it bigger. I was working on a hat for Spring time for a newborn but I have gotten fustrated with it. It is just not turning out like it is supposed to. So i have decided to make a sweater for my dog. I hope it turns out good.
     I have found some very cute yarn at walmat to start my Spring collection. I will get pictures posted when I find or buy a new usb cord for my computer for the camera; along with a battery charger. They have both disappered since we got to WA because I had them in MS; I took some pictures for my Memaw. I called her and she hasnt seen them.

If you are just joining me; welcome aboard. For those that are still with me, Thank you for being patience with me. We have just moved from Okinawa, Japan to Tacoma, WA. I still have not received my shipment from there but I have a few projects going on. I am making my husband a jester hat that i call purple passion, because I hate it with a purple passion. And I am working on a dog shirt for ShiSa; my beloved Italian Greyhound. I am supposed to have my stuff in October and I hope I can make a few Christmas hats, if not I will start making spring items.
